Dr. Engr. Nolan Diaz Th.D (h.s)– Chairman of the board
Nolan held various executive positions in several companies before becoming General manager of St. Francis Memorial Homes. Under his leadership, St. Francis Memorial Homes grew from a small single office operation to a multiple branch operation with offices in key areas in Cebu and Negros Island. He is currently Chief Executive Officer of St. Francis Memorial Homes. He is also president of Zigalnor Wooden Handicraft Inc., a member of the Board of directors of SLC International Services Inc., JVZEA Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Cebu Pavers Inc. and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Philippine Inland Island Missions.
He holds the degree of Bachelor Mechanical Engineering from the University of San Jose Recoltes and has a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Lacking thesis) from the University of San Carlos. He is also a graduate of Christian leadership at the Haggai Institute.
As an entrepreneur he is also actively involved in other personal businesses. He is also an active member of the Rotary Club of Talisay, Gideons International Cebu North Camp. An active member and Deacon of the Bible Baptist Church of Cebu. He was conferred a doctor of theology degree (honoris causa) from Northwestern Christian University.
Atty. Engr. EnP Zigfred Diaz, RFP®, CSS, AEPP, ReB, ReA Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Treasurer
Zigfred began with the company serving as assistant to the Human Resource director of St. Francis Memorial Homes in 1998. He is the Chief Operations Officer of St. Francis Memorial Homes, Vice President, treasurer and Secretary for Zigalnor Wooden Handicraft, member of the Board of directors and Corporate secretary for JVZEA Pharmaceuticals Inc., member of the Board of Directors of Cebu Pavers Inc., Chief Finance & Business support and development officer and member of the Board of Trustees of SEED4COM, member of the Board of Trustees of Philippine Inland Island Mission, Farm director for The Master’s Farms, Pastor-elder for teaching & administration of The Master’s Community Fellowship and Ministries and Institute and Apologetics director for The Master’s Bible Institute.
He graduated with a degree in industrial engineering from the Cebu Institute of Technology and has a bachelor’s of law degree from the Southwestern University School of Law. He is a Professional Regulation Commission licensed Real Estate Broker (ReB), Real Estate Appraiser (ReA) Environmental Planner (EnP), Registered Financial Planner RFP® of RFP Philippines, a Philippine stock exchange Certified Securities Specialist (CSS), Financial Planning Advocate and Yaman Coach, (Personal Financial Advisers Philippines Corporation) and an Associate Estate Planner (AEPP) He is currently finishing his Master’s in Anthropology degree (majoring in Archaeology) from the University of San Carlos and his Master’s of Divinity major in Christian Apologetics from Veritas International University.
He is partner at Loon Diaz Law office. As an educator he teaches economics, law and anthropology subjects in senior high school, a variety of law subjects in the school of law in a local university and environmental planning subjects in another local university. He runs the weekly CERTAMbayan LIVE! program, a gathering of professionals online whcih gives free professional advice to the public. Being a prolific writer he has co-authored the highly popular 4 volume law review known as the “Lex Pareto Notes.” He writes for Business Mirror and Moneysense Magazine from time to time and is authors several publish works. He blogs on a mishmash of topics at his personal blog at www.zdiaz.com and maintains other blogs as well.
Dr. Arlene Maceren-Diaz M.D, Ed.D – Member of the Board Directors
Arlene serves as a member of the board of directors of Zana Holdings Corporation, Zigalnor Wooden Handicraft Inc. and SLC International Services Inc. and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Philippine Inland Island Missions.
A medical board topnotcher, she served as Dean of Medicine and two medical schools. She is still currently teaching medicine and is Vice President of a college. She is also Field director for medical affairs of Philippine Inland Island Missions
Dr. Diaz also holds a Doctor of Education degree and is member of the Board of Trustee of Proverbsville Academy Foundation Inc.
Mr. Aldin Diaz, MPA – Member of the Board of Directors
Being a natural marketing person, Aldin started out in the marketing department of St. Francis Memorial Home. As a natural born entrepreneur he is instrumental in seeking out new business opportunities for the group.
He is also member oft the Board of Directors for Zigalnor Wooden Handicraft Inc., and a member of the Board of Trustees of Philippine Inland Island Missions. He is currently Chief Executive Officer of the group’s emerging businesses under SLC International Inc.: Sure Life Memorial, Zana Motorworks and Just Click I.T Solutions.
Aldin formerly served as Barangay Councilor of Barangay Dumlog, Talisay and later on as Councilor of Talisay City, Cebu. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting management from the University of Southern Philippines and a Master’s of Public Administration Degree.
Mrs. Norlene Diaz-Parmar, MSN – Member of the Board of Directors
Norlene is also a member of the Board of Directors of Zigalnor Wooden Handicraft Inn., and a member of the Board of Trustees of Philippine Inland Island Missions.
She is a Professional Regulation Commission licensed nurse and holds a Master’s degree in Nursing.
Dr. Alfred Diaz M.D, RPh – Member of the Board of Directors
Alfred serves as company physician for the Zana Holdings group. He is also a member of the Board of directors of Zigalnor Wooden Handicraft and President & Chairman of the Board of SLC International Services Inc. He also a member of the Board of Trustees of Philippine Inland Island Missions.
Alfred is a Professional Regulation Commission licensed Pharmacist He obtained his Doctor of medicine degree from Mattias H. Aznar Memorial College of Medicine.
